Southern California law firms are joining together to support Women Helping Women/Men2Work, an Orange County non-profit that helps low-income men and women attain employment by providing resume assistance, interview skills training, job workshops, computer training and professional wardrobe.

All Southern California law firms are invited to participate in this June clothing drive.  “Suits for a Cause” already has 30 law firms/legal businesses that will be participating in the clothing drive and collecting clothing for WHW/Men2Work:

Four Orange County lawyers (Laurie Rowen of Montage Legal, Erin Dennison of Snell and Wilmer, Erica Fisher of Hewitt Wolensky, and Katie Hughes of Albrecht and Barney) are on the board of directors of Women Helping Women/Men2Work.  Their respective law firms are co-sponsoring this clothing drive. 

Individual law firms will be collecting men’s and women’s business and non-business attire to support the organization.   All we need from law firms is a designated office/conference room for the firm’s attorneys and employees to drop off donated clothing.   We will handle the clothing pick-up and will provide all law firms with the necessary documentation.
